The lounge is downstairs, between the hallway and the kitchen.

• Fully furnished: double sofa, triple sofa, coffee table, folding dining table and 4 chairs, bookcase and TV stand.
• Television (approx 25") and FreeView box.
• Noticeboards and picture hooks.
• Radiator.
• 3 double power sockets.
• Double computer network socket.
• TV point, cable TV/broadband point and phone point.
• Access to walk-in under-stairs cupboard with additional storage space.

The television and FreeView box are included for tenants' use, but are not listed on the inventory. Any repair or replacement is at the Landlord's discretion. Tenants are responsible for purchasing a TV license. The Landlord reserves the right to store tools and decorating materials in the under-stair cupboard; tenants should not use or move these for safety reasons.
